Our Staff

Our Administrative Staff

The agency employs six, dedicated, full-time staff members.  Besides the Manager, we have a Staffing Supervisor, a Staffing Coordinator,  a Client Services Specialist, a Payroll/Billing Coordinator and a Receptionist.  Every staff member is truly customer-centered and extremely service-oriented.

Our Wonderful Field Staff (Caregivers)

Every All Care Services companion is interviewed, thoroughly screened, and bonded.  All must speak English.  Each one must be experienced, competent and compassionate.  If, for any reason, she (or he) is not compatible in the client’s environment, another caregiver is sent right away. Compatibility is an important consideration to us.  Each companion is an employee of the agency and is legal to work in this country.  This means the agency takes care of all federal and state reporting and payroll taxes.  Workers’ Compensation insurance is required by law, and liability insurance is also provided by the agency.  We offer and pay 80% of our employees’ Kaiser health insurance premiums and provide a 401K retirement plan to encourage longer-term staff retention.
